A failure occurred on our Cobalt Server, requiring a restoration from a snapshot taken at 12:44 PM.
As a result, any emails or e-commerce orders sent, received, or placed between 12:44 PM and 3:16 PM have unfortunately been lost and cannot be recovered. Additionally, any website updates made during this time have been reverted to the state saved in the 12:44 PM snapshot.
This issue only affects clients hosted on our Cobalt server, which is one of two servers we operate. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and hope that, being a Saturday, the overall impact has been minimal. Our team is currently investigating the root cause of the incident.
