Last March we had a major connectivity issue with our third party data centre, resulting in a total of 4 hours down time and 12 hours of slow connections afterwards. As a hosting company we were unhappy about this and began looking into alternatives. We managed to successfully source another data centre, and we plan on moving our servers on the evening of Friday 5th October 2018.
During this period, there will be planned down time on all our servers. This period will be Friday 5th October 2018 7pm - Saturday 6th October 2018 6am.
We apologise for this short downtime, but this is to ensure that our servers will have a more stable and secure connection for the future.
As part of this move, our current IP address range will also be changing. If your domain links to our hosting via our nameservers, this will be done automatically. If you link to our servers via a A record or similar, this will require a manual change. We will announce the new IP addresses as soon as possible.
Please note, our current IP address range will stop working on the 1st November, and therefore the change must be made before then.
