Live Help Systems (Revisited)

I've discussed various Live Help systems already, but I think I have come across probably (in my opinion) the best one so far:

The feature list is remarkable and includes:

* Multiple Website Support
* Customization and Branding
* Windows Desktop Client
* Webcam Support
* Installable from Windows itself (no need of a FTP program or Computer Degree)
Some of the features in this program are not even available in Commerical versions.
