You'd expect a similar level of customer service in a 5 star restaurant or in a first class seat on a very expensive airline... These boys at Equiphase are dedicated professionals who know their trade inside out and they're never too busy to help a client in need. I can't recommend these guys enough... absolutely first class service from a genuine bunch of nice people.

I've been with countless hosts in the past, I think it's over 50 now...and not many of them are always up. There's usually at least a little downtime but I've seen none at all from these guys.
Had a few of my sites hosted there for over 6 months now and can only praise.
If you want a reliable host, with fast Uk servers (quad core!) and great prices hit up these guys.

I've known the owner (Stuart) of Equiphase for a long time now and if only all relationships between the hosted and the hoster were as great as this..
They know their shizzle and what they offer is all at great prices...

Equiphase are excellent. The customer service is brilliant. They get back to you promptly, you can talk to a (very nice friendly) human and they will talk you through things you don't understand. I wouldn't be without them.

Helpful staff who are at the end of a phone and can talk the most It illiterate of us through installing pages and images etc.
